Refund policy

You are entitled to a refund within 90 days of purchase if the product you have purchased has a manufacturing fault. Please keep your receipt for proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Please be advised that there will be no refunds on change of mind or if the bag is stolen, lost, or damaged during use.
